Pre-Fun 145 Air Race Schedule
An Exciting Lineup of Events
The Pre-Fun 145 Air Race is set to be a thrilling event for aviation enthusiasts and competitors alike. This first ever air race brings together some of the best pilots and aircraft from around the nation, promising a spectacle of speed, skill, and precision just before the SUN n’ FUN Expo at Lakeland Florida. Below is the schedule of events planned for this year's race.
Friday 28 March: Arrival and Registration
08:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Arrival of Participants

• Pilots and teams depart from the airfield who stayed overnight

16. Supplementary Regulations
Regulations supplementary to these Rules drawn up by the Promoters of a Competition and approved by The League having for their object the definitive details of a Competition.
The following Supplementary Regulations for this event are:
38. Time Limit for Entries
1. Entries be permitted and accepted up to the time of the safety brief at 0900 29 March 2025.
69. Credentials
2. Competitors meet the FAA medical requirements for the category and class of the aircraft they fly for this event. Current sport class aircraft require a valid state drivers license § 61.303.
