Race entry fee for SARL members is $50.

TWO VERY SIGNIFICANT CHANGES to SARL races will be that all race participants must be paid members of the race league, as a full or provisional member, and all racers must add SARL LLC as an additional insured party on their pilot liability policy, submitting a certificate of insurance (COI) BEFORE their first race. This is usually a simple and free process that your agent should be able to do for you.

Friday night 8/18
Meet and greet dinner will be held at the Grimes Field (I74) main hangar on field at 7:00 pm.
Registration will be open at the meet and greet dinner.

Saturday 8/19
8:00 am Registration opens at the main hangar.
9:15 am MANDATORY pilot briefing at the B17 hangar.
10:00 am ALL racers to their aircraft.
10:15 am Race start.
12:30 pm Awards presentation.
In the event of weather issues, times can be subject to change with safety in mind.
